"This building is run by a slum lord. Landlord and Super never answers calls or emails for even the most basic issues. They do not fix anything unless you get external legal help. These people should be ashamed at how they treat tenants. The reviews prior to this are from employees. All tenants are suffering from over negligence and mismanagement and threats from management. Avoid this place at all cost."
