"I can’t express enough how amazing the staff was to me during a very trying and emotional time. My reservation had to be extended not once, not twice, but three separate times. They even arranged for me to stay in the same room each time! The room was clean and comfortable, and came with a small kitchen. It’s within walking distance to multiple hospitals, and there is a parking garage directly below it. I highly recommend New York-Presbyterian Guest Facility (The Helmsley Medical Tower)and wouldn’t hesitate staying there again!"

"Friendly front desk. Furnishings are dated but carpet seems new. Housekeeping does a great job but can't seem to figure out that my coffee machine takes paper filters not the little pods. Had to use a tissue for a filter. The laundry facility in the basement is a huge help. Great spot for healthcare workers who are doing their thing at NYP next door. I am booked here for 8 more weeks and am happy to be staying here."
