"Had a wonderful stay here! Booked via Capital One and were able to use the $100 credit on room service and also got $30 a person for breakfast. We were upgraded to a suite as well, but the king rooms also looked more spacious than other hotels in the city. We definitely will be back!"
"My wife, our dog, and I recently traveled and fortuitously found this hotel at the last minute. Initially, I had reservations as I found myself torn between staying here and at another hotel we visited the previous year. Location of the hotel is very good (you have a lot of restaurants around) and nice peer to walk in the morning. The rooms are just as they're pictured - spacious and new, which is not quite typical to expect from U.S hotels. The shower's water pressure was very good. Another highlight was the cleanliness of our room, maintained consistently by the staff. Complimentary coffee in the morning - love that. We were staying in the Peck Deck room, which was quiet and calm. Big shoutout and thanks has to go to the hotel staff which is, without doubt, among the most professional we've ever encountered. Their services lived up to the standards of a boutique hotel, and their politeness was the cherry on top. Thank you so much! Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel."
"In general, I had a good experience during my stay. I booked through Amerian Express Fine Hotels and the benefits received were worth the booking rate. The desk and restaurant staff were pleasant and accommodating. My room was upgraded upon arrival and it was very nice and comfortable for one guest for a one-night stay. However, my sleep was interrupted for hours by the city disposal and maintenance workers tending to bins located along the property walls. The banging and beeps were extremely disruptive, even for someone that lives in a major city and is accustomed to a certain degree of noise. I would not recommend this property for light sleepers unless perhaps a room on a higher floor could be selected."
"Good location but that’s about all that is good. I never expect to check in early, but I do expect to check in when I arrive after the listed check in time. Maybe if they would say, we’re sorry for the delay, go have a drink on us while you wait, but no. It’s just we will take your number and call you when your room is ready. When I finally did get in to the room, it’s nothing like they show online. I was given what I can equate to a basement room. Very dark, a window high up that looks out to the air conditioners. It really feels like a basement apartment. My friend stayed higher and we laughed as we could see my room from his. He thought it was underground. Restaurant was just Bad! First, they claim to have Pearl and Jewel, 2 options. There is really only one. The chef must be so ill-prepared or new, 2 days in a row the timing was very long and half of what you order is not available. They would say, we have this but not that. I’d say there was only 2 options that they actually had. I saw the table next to me wait an hour for overnight oats and yogurt, but out of berries. Everyone that was ordering, the server had to say, sorry, we have this part but out of that part. Just overall, poor service. The room is clean, and I like the location. Other then that, don’t expect much. I’ll add a pic looking out my room then from my friends looking down at my room. The room given isn’t the large window on the right. It’s the small window bottom left"
