"The hotel was comfortable. The greeting upon arrival was somewhat lukewarm, but understandable given it's not a luxury establishment. Unfortunately, I missed the complimentary breakfast as it ended before I woke up around 9:30 am. Additionally, clearer information about the shuttle service on the hotel's website would be beneficial. I attempted to contact the hotel two or three times upon landing at Newark, but received no response. Consequently, I proceeded to the shuttle area and fortunately, a shuttle arrived within 20 minutes."

"This is a very clean hotel. It is close to the airport and also directly across from a large shopping mall. Breakfast is pretty basic, including eggs, sausage, breads, bagels, oatmeal, yogurt, and a waffle maker. The breakfast area is very nice and clean. The hotel is well kept, clean, updated, and modern. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. We have family in the area so did not have a car to park so cannot speak to that."

"Absolutely amazing hotel. Stayed here just for one night, and the front desk reception was incredible. Being a diamond member, you get a couple goodies as well from the store. The shuttle service runs 24 hours and is very great, both of the drivers were very nice. The room was spacious and clean, and properly stocked. I felt like it was a five star hotel. I’m so serious. Solid hotel 10/10"

"Thanks to Jamal, the excellent and welcoming evening airport shuttle driver, we got a sense of what to eat and shop around the area and when to leave on the shuttle to catch our flight all within a pleasant 7 minutes drive from the airport. The shuttle comes every 30 minutes around :15/:45 of the hour in a red colour van. The Hampton Inn location is right next door to Jersey Garden, one of the biggest indoor outlets within the NYC area. NJ Transit also operates a 30 minutes express bus route (no.111/115) DURING NON-RUSH HOURS to Manhattan Port Authority Bus Terminal right next door. It is an older Hampton Inn property with central air so adjusting your ideal room temperature is limited. Will definitely stay there again."

"Had an amazing stay here. The reception staff allowed us early check-in which was great after almost 15 hr flight. Rooms were big enough with amazing views. Hotel provided free Shuttle service to and from Newark Airport. The shuttle driver was kind enough to drop us at the terminal instead of their designated pick up spot which was amazing. The location could be bothersome if you wanna get to Manhattan quickly as public transport options are limited."
