"Apartment is horrible. Water shutdowns at least twice a month. Apartment is not clean. Construction leaves trash in apartment units causing rodents and roaches for the apartments. Expect to get no peace and quiet from all the construction."

"Living here has become a nightmare for all of us. There is no way to reach out to management, I’ve been trying for months and haven’t been able to speak to anyone, so hopefully they read this review. Laundry machines and always dirty, hardly working (when they do work). A lot of dust in the hallway because of construction and it now enters my home. Hallway rugs are not cleaned. Packages are constantly being stolen from the package room. There are roaches in the building and recently my neighbor found a rat in her home. Front and side doors are always left opened by constructors, compromising our security and our kid’s. Garbage room is always dirty and during the weekends garbage is not collected, forcing people to put their trash on the floor, filling up the room."

"Horrible place. Management doesn't care. Their new and improved laundry facilities is constantly breaking. We consistently have to pay twice because the dryer was not drying. Tons of noise because of construction. Frequent water shutdown because of construction."

"New apartment management team doesn't care about their residents. There are constant construction noises. Good luck getting some peace and quiet. Also they are quite shady because every week they constantly place fake 5 star reviews praising themselves. I am fairly social and active in the building so I tend to know a lot of the residents. I have never heard of the names of these 5 star reviewers. Must be friends of the management team."

"New management doesn't care about their current tenants. They only care that we leave so that the can renovate the units and charge a crazy amount for their newly renovated units. The "State of the art" laundry facility they advertise has half the machines broken. There are cockroaches in the building."
