Crowne Plaza Newark Airport, an IHG Hotel

"I am pastor Kendrick Turner. And I'm staying in. The Crown plaza. Newark, New Jersey. The food is great. The stamp is great. The front desk is great. The house keeper is great. And the security. And the driver that picked me up from the airport I recommend. Anybody stay here? It is the best. I am in Room 703. If you in the city, you need to come, you get first class treatment. I came here. I stayed one night at a stay another night. This is the best Crown plows. I ever stayed the one in Atlanta, Georgia. It's not the best had to pick this one. In the other Crown plaza, I had big issues and big problems. Nothing and no issues here. Please choose this place. I'm pastor Kendrick Turner."

"The budget hotel provided a decent overnight stay for our couple's getaway. While the room was simple, it was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our brief stay hassle-free. However, amenities were basic, and noise from neighboring rooms was noticeable. Overall, a satisfactory option for a short stay on a budget."

"Worst hotel experience EVER! The front desk staff was RUDE and unhelpful. The room was filthy, there was hair on my pillows and in the bathtub. Then after I checked out, I called back 25 days later to see why they still had a charge pending in my account. They told me they did not even see the card on file. I was hung up on several times, while trying to get an understanding of how long it takes to complete the charge. It was just a horrible experience. Don’t waste your time here, find a better hotel. Update: Instead of reaching out to me to fix my problem, the GM responded on this post, asking me to visit again. I would never and I don't recommend anyone else to visit."

"Hotel needs to be updated. Appears to be a decade or two since any real improvements have been made. If you want to go anywhere you must have a car as there is nothing around the hotel and the in-house amenities are just ok. The room was clean so no complaints there."

"We had the most amazing bartender at the Newark Airport location. His name was Lou and he was so kind to us after my dad's funeral. He made sure I had a water between each cocktail and awesome creme brulee. We wanted to pass on that he should be recognized for his kindness. The rest of the staff was very accommodating from check in to snack bar attendant everyone at this location was killing it. Thank you all for making a difficult time a little easier."
