"My experience is terrible im currently a tenant @ 25 Wilder street. 1. There is no maintenace man to come fix any problem you may have with you apartment 2. If you have a problem they (maintenace) wants to enter your apartment when no one is home and fix whatever your problem may be ; For example my ceiling has be leaking i called the number they provide for a request and still no one has reached back to me or has come to see about fixing it and that was almost two months ago. My toilet had been leaking and no one came to fix it. I fixed it twice already on my own accord and yet someone has come after numerous requests for it to be fixed. 3. People who do not living in the apartment complex are parking in tenants assigned parking spots not to mention the people who smoke marijuana in the parking lot. 4. They will cut your hot water off without notice or reason leaving you to figure out what the problem is. My air conditioning had BLACK MOLD INSIDE OF IT!!!! And when i complained and showed the maintenance man when he came he tells me that its a natural occurence and that i can still use the Air conditioner, putting my family at risk for getting sick. 5. The front door and side door entrances break and they arent fixed until weeks even months later. So your safety and others safety is compromised and at risk for intruders entering without warning. Good area to live; but this apartment complex if you are looking for comfortability and reliability DO NOT MOVE TO 25 WILDER MANOR!!!!!!!"
