"Scammers. Beware New Yorkers. I did not provide my insurance. Somehow found mine and now I got billed over 2K for getting two free covid tests. I got charged medical cost too which I don't think they did anything medical. Just tests. And this was advertised free of charge. If I fail to dispute my charges, I will go for lawsuit if I have to. and make you scam business operators stop. I'm reporting to BBB. Those who put 5 stars on this review, will be putting 1 or 0 star like me after receiving your bills. YOU CAN"t DO THIS TO CUSTOMERS THAT EXPECTED FREE SERVICE for your FALSE ADS. Just wait for more headaches on your side."

"Recently I’ve visited this center and I was pleasantly surprised with the service you provided me with. I made two tests, PCR and the rapid one. I had the positive result with both of them. Nurse and all the stuff was quite polite. I do really recommend this place. You would be absolutely satisfied."

"Visited this mobile testing site on 59th & Fifth Ave and I also used their online chat for my questions and it did not disappoint. My queries were professionally addressed. A shout out goes to Arjola D. who patiently replied to all my other questions via call back and email . Very proactive. The staff on-site observes the proper safety protocols. The test is over in less than 3 minutes. Results came out in less than the 24 hours promised. They do PCR, antigen and antibody testing. Overall , a great experience, no fuss. Continued testing (& getting vaccinated) helps keep all of us safe. Thank you Lab Q Diagnotics ."

"I had a Covid-19 PCR test performed by LabQ this week . The Van was parked on Broadway and was easy to find. The technician who filled the form for me and performed the nasal swab test on me was very efficient and courteous. The notification of the result was sent to me by email and by text message the very next day. It was easy to download the result of the test following the instructions. All in all, this is a very pleasant experience. Highly recommended."
