"I have came to this lady 3/4 times in total. The first time she begged me to pay in person and not on Groupon. Granted. After showing her photos of how I want it she still did it her way. I complained came back 2nd time and she fixed it. She was very rude and nasty arguing with me for the free fix she said she don’t give out free services I told her she messed up it’s not a free service it’s fixing to ensure her customer is satisfied. I ended up coming back another time due to NO lash tech available for new years last year. She messed up my lashes AGAIN. I sent her photos of my lashes falling out very next days and she was so nasty to me. Finally I never went back to her due to I found a lash tech I loved !!!!!! My lash tech unfortunately gave birth and is on leave for a couple of months so I gave one stop beauty salon ANOTHER ATTEMPT to make this right. I had appointment at 1145 got there a bit late say 12 noon, come to find out the lash tech was still working with another client and I waited for 25 mins. she was upset at me arguing in front of other customers. I told her this is so unprofessional and she forced me to pay first I said whatever and paid. She literally completed my lashes in 30 mins and my eyes was BURNING I texted her and told her I hated them she rushes down and she simply said I don’t care. BEWARE for this place. I will be posting review on Groupon and alll platforms I am so disturbed by her customer service and the way she treats her customers. It is very clear she only cares about the money."

"I would definitely recommend this place for a facial. The service was great and the facial very relaxing. The only downside is that it's a very tiny room with 2 beds side by side so if they are doing 2 services at the same time it's a bit distracting. But I would definitely go back anyway."

"It's good for your first time but not good after. They just try to get your money and sell you more amd more. I bought a package so i have to keep going there now. But its not cheap and it's not relaxing because the place is always crowded and noisy. I like to relax when I'm hetting a facial but i cant here."
