"This location is on the 2nd floor and I was not ready for how kind and welcoming everyone is. The place is fun looking and its super clean and new looking. I was super nervous about my appointment since it was my first time and I never look forward to any of my waxing or sugaring appointments. But the staff was so kind. She was so polite and was so gentle but professional at the same time. I love that everyone is so real, so honest, and genuine. I highly recommend it! Lazer is so painless and so fast here. the pain is little to none. It is the same sensation as if you dip your toe into a hot tub. it's only a matter of a fraction of a second and you feel the small heat. This is only to the sensitive areas, everywhere else there is no sensation. I RECOMMEND TO ALL YOU LADIES who have been torturing yourself with waxing and shaving."
