"To the owner please teach your worker some manners, I went today for a facial and this worker with highlights spoke with me very rudely she didn’t even greet me…had a straight moody face and when she asked what I wanted I told her a facial and she was like I can’t give you a facial there’s a line behind you mind you it was 3 people who didn’t mind waiting and she was like I already have 2 people doing facial already , I would’ve waited but the way she spoke….truly unbelievably, she also did my sister’s eyebrows and messed them up….you can see she was stressed out because of 3 customers but like seriously? So disappointed……probably my last time going…As a bangali really wanted to support bangali stores !"

"I cannot believe as a Bengali person I’m writing this review for another Bengali person. I went there to do my brows today. I told the elder lady to just clean it don’t make it skinny. After she was done I told her nicely “Hey I think it’s a bit skinny” . She’s replied saying “you shouldn’t come out to do your brows and don’t come to me again”. I didn’t say anything bad because there was other people there. I didn’t want to create a bad scene in my own community. Just letting other sisters mothers knows don’t come here. The lack of manners here is below average. To the owner if you see this please teach your workers some manners."
