"Monihan is the worst possible place you could go if you wish to locate an ocean city rental. I rented a place in the gardens area. It did not have the accommodation that was stated on their website. They have a disclaimer that people should visit the place and inspect. But, why not be honest? Then, they took my security deposit claiming that I stole an expensive cookbook that I never even encountered, and that I broke a cabinet that was already broken when my family arrived that had a sign stating not to use because it was broken. I appealed and they continued to support the owner. Very poor service."

"This is The Best Real Estate Office in Ocean City . You will find no unscrupulous agents working there. Been a family owned and run business since 1942. They treat their employees like family!!"

"Avoid at all costs. I found a house I put an ACCEPTED offer on. Provided them my contract on my house sale, my pre approval mortgage and down payment amount. Told the realtor, Ken Cooper, that my house was closing between the 15th and the 20th. Traveled 170 miles to see the house as Ken suggested before we close. When I tried to call Ken to tell him a confirmed date on my house closing, he ignored my calls for 3 days. On the 4th day, I received a call from another realtor in this office telling me that Ken asked her to call us to tell us the house we had an ACCEPTED offer on was closing the next day to someone else!!! He told us the previous offers they got were NOT going through. Ken also didn’t have the decency to call us himself. It’s hard enough to find a house without the competition, but this was dishonest, unethical and avoid this realtor at all costs. We must have been the “back up” offer but we were not told this. Horrible realtor."
