"My mother and father used to go every summer. We heard so much about it that my wife and I had to go. We decided to take the whole family of 7. The rooms are clean with plenty of space. Included with your rental are the complimentary beach tags which are usually $20 each week. Mario and his family do such a wonderful job of making sure you are having a wonderful experience. "Stayed here with wife and kids last week. Just steps from bakeries, a bread shop, a general store, restaurants and ice cream shop. Really, the location is ideal if you want to park your car for a week and walk everywhere including the boardwalk which is a 3-5 min walk. The building and unit was clean and updated with new furnishings. Parking was never an issue due to on site parking and ample additional street parking. Would like to stay here again next year."

"I was advertised for this house because me and my lovely family wanted a beach vacation house. The landlord Mario was very creepy and obsessive. If we didn’t respond to his door knocks he would barge into our rooms. One time my 17 year old daughter was walking out the shower with only a bath robe on and he just walked in to her room. Me and my wife also caught him many times looking through the windows. I do not recommend renting from Sand Dollars Suites."

"First of all, Mario is completely disrespectful and liar. As a boy from North Penn I would like to say that everything Mario said about us was false. Justbecause we go to a big school does not mean we would of had hundreds of people over, we were told it was $75 per guest, so we had almost no one over and paid when we did, I cannot say the same for the girls next door. Second, we were not blasting music at 1, 2, 3, o’clock in the morning. We would play music mid day on a speaker and whenever we were told to turn it down we would comply. I can not tell you how many times we played music at a reasonable volume no later than 8 and we were told to turn it down every time, so we did. Finally, Mario is a scummy landlord that charges different prices depending on the age and gender of the residence. After talking to the girls next to us we found out he had charged them less. Mario told us he rents to kids because he allows them to do things, but thats why he charges so much. We were super respectful to Mario and Robert (a security guard that watched us all night giving us no freedom, though he was very respectful) and for Mario to lie about us because we left bad reviews is disgusting."

"Let’s start with the basics. The owner Mario and the security guard Robert are very good people. Although I did have some problems with the way they decided to advertise this place. We stayed in the house for a week this month and when we got there, we found out that his whole family lives upstairs and that we have a security guard, who is very nice and friendly, who kept an eye on us throughout the week. This was a slight inconvenience but nothing compared to the other things we also found out about upon our arrival. We also found out that we couldn’t use the back entrances, porch, or grill that was all advertised to us. Also we found out that we had to pay $75 for every guest that enters the room per head. This is not a cheap place to rent out and I just thought our experiences would help change your mind about booking this place."
