"Our stay here was pleasant! The location is the best! Right off the boardwalk so we walked every day that we were here before starting our day. We had a nice view. The room we were in had some issues, but nothing we couldn't deal with during our three nights day."

"They rescinded the offer for a late check out at the last minute. I spoke to someone the night before who said we could get a late check out. No one else was checking into the room.Then in the morning we were leaving I was still in bed and they rescinded the late check out. I had to hurry up and get out of there after being told I had the agreed upon check out. I had to leave early instead. The toilet seat was so small I was afraid to even urinate. I have been to many handicapped hotel rooms. The room was nice.But unfortunately we will choose not to return because they can't keep their word."

"Best location in OC, NJ. Right off the walking ramp to the boardwalk. We requested an ocean front room. Parking on either side of the registration office ( which we didn't know). Room ( more like an efficiency apt) was spotless. Pool was great. Loved it here."

"My son and I love it here. Not only are the employees friendly, it seems that the people who stay there are as well. It makes the time away a much more pleasant one. Location wise you can't beat it. There is a bike rack so one can keep the car parked the whole week. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. I would highly recommend Ocean 7."

"We picked this hotel for the location and it looked nice! The rooms were dirty because the guests clean them, not the staff. All the rooms are smaller than they let on. The customer service was amazing, no complaints about that. While we were there, the water stopped working for almost 3 days. They didn't offer to give us a discount or anything. They told is there is a place to shower on the boardwalk, they are for rinsing after the beach, they were $10 a shower. The hotel said they would reimburse us the money if we brought a receipt instead of giving us a voucher. The staff didn't speak a word of English so when we needed something we grabbed it ourselves off the cart. The pool was open a couple hours every day.. that was it. All in all, it was not worth the money we paid. Thanks for replying and I understand why you're upset about my review. However, I just want people to know that it's not worth the money you're charging, not for what was offered. Don't worry though, we won't come back!"
