"Had him represent my 9-11 claim. After his sales pitch to get my business, I was never able to speak to him again. I was constantly transferred to his extremely rude paralegal. He never returned one call in two years! They completely blocked all access to my claim. He never even once requested any of my past medical records. Furthermore, he never even had the courtesy to contact me to discuss the settlement and just accepted it without conferring with me. He also failed to provide the itemized filing fees. Both are technically violations of attorney / client relationship guidelines which I have reported to NYS bar association. Dont waste your time with this person. He surely wont waste any of his time if you dont have a multi-million dollar claim."

"This law firm does not fight for you. If you have a 9/11 related incident they send in your paperwork and you wait 1 1/2 years an get your award. After that the submit a piece of paper for economic loss and ya wait another 1 1/2 years to be turned down. You would think they would fight for you but they call ya and say Sorry but we agree with the vcf and we are not going to fight their decision. Apparently because now they have to put hours in and all they do is if you have an injury and its certified as world trade its an easy win for them and they get %10. Such a shame, I contacted 2 other Attorney's and they took my case immediately. Shouldnt an attorney fight for ya? Not this place"

"This is the WORST firm I have EVER worked for! They have a monetary incentive for each client that is signed up. It has now been 4 months since I left the firm and they have NOT paid me my 3 months worth of work yet! I have emailed management over 6 times and called at least once a week, and I have repeatedly been sent to VM. John Dearie has specifically instructed to send me straight to VM and has not given me an answer or call back. Not to mention, they treat their Clients with such disrespect and if you have the chance to switch attorney's -- I recommend you do!"
