"I did an upgrade with a major phone carrier over the phone for 2 new Iphones . I had to wait for both phones to be shipped & mailed out to me . When I received the phones one came correct and the other didn’t - I wanted both phones to be a 14 Pro Max + . I went back to the contract I signed and realized that she did mess up one contract and put the one as a regular 14 Pro - I was upset because we talked for over an hour on the phone when I was doing the order and she repeated everything correct to me but messed up on the contract . This phone company sent me a shipping label so that I can send it back out ( which I did the very next day because I wanted a Pro Max + not a Pro ) - I had updates from UPS that the phone got to their warehouse 4 days later ; so I waited the 10 business days for my refund and for them to close out the contract I signed for that phone - so that I wouldn’t be charged for it on my bill - since they messed up on their part . A month went by that they kept telling me the same thing & emailing the same thing that they was looking for the phone in the warehouse because it was the holidays & they couldn’t find it due to high demand & that they’ll escalate the issue & that I have to wait 10 days for a refund for the phone but that they needed to scan it first - but ups already had scanned it at the warehouse so I told them it’s been over a month and some change if y’all can’t find it someone stole it & they agreed - that it was ups that probably did stole it or messed up & not them & that I maybe need to talk to UPS & I was ANGRY cause that’s unprofessional . On my bill they was charging me for that phone ( mind you I never activated it or turned it on once I saw it was the wrong phone & I shipped it back out the very next day ) I also had to put a new order for the correct phone I wanted and had to pay a large some still so I was upset waiting for my refund for the incorrect phone I sent back . I talked to supervisors over the phone of all sorts for over a month ; even went to a this phone company store to see if they can help in person & I was in there for 5 hours trying to resolve this & I had no help ; I was still being charged for 3 phones & I only had 2 cause I sent back the one back . I finally did research on google to look for a lawyer for help & found Alex! I was scared at first to even trust the website - to pay - & to sign for him to help ( I’m from Philly & listen I just don’t be trusting things off bat ) but one thing for certain he was a legit lawyer and I wish I came to him sooner ! Rather then arguing with the phone company for over a month & getting no where ! Alex resolved this within 3 weeks ! I got my refund & the contract closed so they stopped charging me on my bill! THANKYOU SO MUCH AGAIN ALEX & SORRY FOR THIS LONG RATING !!!
