"For approximately two years, I've been loyal to Art Up Nail Studio. Opting for off-peak hours, I consistently receive superb nail services. Recently, I ventured into nail art at the studio and was genuinely impressed by the meticulous work of my nail artist. The resulting design was perfect, and my nails looked adorable. The attention to detail extends to perfectly shaped tips. The staff, always delightful, greets me with a smile and remembers me each visit. I highly recommend making a reservation way in advance, especially during peak hours."

"Rina is the best! She takes her time and my nails always turn out perfect! She’s gentle, pays attention to detail, and overall just very sweet! I also love that she doesn’t really try to engage in small talk (which I hate), usually I spend my hour there dissociating and not having to worry about talking. Thank you Rina!!!"

"I was really excited about getting my nails done here since the last time I got gel x extensions they lifted within a few days. Rina did an amazing job and I was so happy, but a few things happened that make me apprehensive to come back. First off no one introduced themselves or explained what was going on because one moment a woman was taking my old polish off, and the next moment another woman was putting the new nails on. I was sort of put off with the lack of communication by the first woman, but not the biggest deal. Then it came time to pay. I made sure to bring a cash tip because they mention in the email they prefer that, and the first woman that worked on my nails asked “cash or card”, and I said card. She seemed annoyed by my answer and after I paid and gave my cash tip, the first woman told me to “not forget to pay in cash next time”. I felt so embarrassed and awkward that I just said sorry, but it makes me not want to go back because i never carry cash with me. Plus, the grand total was more than the estimated amount which is fine because they mentioned the prices are just estimates, but that also means that I have no idea what the total cost will be. No where on the website does it mention cash only, I’ve scoured reviews to see if someone else mentioned they only want cash, and she even asked “cash or card”. Don’t make me feel bad for utilizing an option you provide. I’m just so disappointed because it was my first time and they did such a beautiful job. But if you chose to go here make sure you bring plenty of cash I guess."

"My friend recommended me to Art Up Nail Studio last year and I have been coming here monthly to get a nail design done. I always book Rina for my nails! She's really dedicated and focuses on getting the designs to look right on your nails. She's also upfront about her opinion in your choice of colors or what would help stand out more. Really appreciate that! My nails have lasted up to 6-8 weeks when I was too busy to come by. Even though they last quite a while, I like changing them earlier to get a fresh design monthly. All of the staff here is super pleasant and they try to greet you in a timely manner, even if you're hiding outside in their waiting area. I'd recommend the services here to anyone. Can't wait for next month to get more nail art done. (P.S. for people looking through these reviews, yes I like pink. Rina has been 100% supportive of this and helps me select different shades to add some variety to my addiction. Thanks for never judging me and always being honest Rina!!)"
