He goes above and beyond to try to save the customer a few dollars, which is hard to find in a company in these days. Yes it's true, he does get backed up with work sometimes and sometimes it is difficult to get a hold of him, but every time I got my car back oh, I was completely satisfied, and always saved money definitely then if I went to his competitor.
