"I've been a customer for almost 10 years now at this same location. This by far has been the most disappointing and expensive visit. Normally they go over what is recommended for my vehicle by the manufacturer and what they see is needed at the time of my service. This time they hardly did any of that. To add insult to injury, I was charged over $100 for an oil change for a 2013 Kia. There is no way to justify that type of price increase. I've never paid that much for my oil changes there and usually they upsell me on a few additional services and it still has never come out to be over $100 unless it's a major service. I don't even pay these kind of prices at the dealership. To make matters worse, small services like vacuuming and topping off fluids were stated on my invoice BUT WERE NOT ACTUALLY DONE. Needless to say I DEFINITELY WON'T BE RETURNING. After almost 10 years of putting my trust in this location, I have decided to take my business elsewhere INDEFINITELY!!!"

"Corey was the epitome of service with a smile. He explained everything that was needed, he applied discounts where possible and treated me like a customer and not a number. The brakes are working great and even though it was an expensive repair, I feel that Corey did everything he could to make sure my car was fixed so that I will be safe and my bill was as fair as possible. I will continue to go back to Jiffy Lube because of the service I received from Corey!"
"First time at this location - I usually dread the experience of having to take the car anywhere for repairs or maintenance. Wonderful customer service upon entry and throughout the experience. Explanations were also very clear. Went for oil change and the service was quick and easy. Will be a returning customer."
