"This is my second review. I ordered parmesan cheese a few months ago. It was delivered to me the next day. Today I spoke to Robert again & he is delivering my order in one day. I ordered the same cheese plus manicotti. I guarantee it will be superb."
"Dec 26, 2023 I would never recommend this store to anyone. I have been shopping in this establishment since it opened. I picked up a Christmas eve order on Saturday the 23rd. I spent around $300.00. When I got home and unpacked everything I looked at my seafood salad and it looked a little lite. I ordered 1 and a half pounds and it was only a pound. It cost me $36.99. I went back to the store and told them it was lite by a half of a pound and the owner accused me of eating it and trying to get the 1/2 pound for free. I was mortified. He carried on that people do it all of the time. I couldn't believe it. I spent thousands of dollars in his store and he had the nerve to accuse me of something like this. I said you are basically calling me a lowlife. He is probably cheating his customers and that is why he said that. His name is Frank. I am asking everyone to stop shopping in his establishment because he is probably robbing us with his scales. That is a terrible way to treat a customer who has been shopping in the store for all of these years. It doesn't say much about his character."
"I can't say enough kind things about this business. I ordered Locatelli cheese to hopefully be delivered by Thanksgiving, and my order tracking from my email was giving me errors (I'm all the way in Oklahoma!). I called them and Robert was very patient and kind; he pulled my order today and recreated the FedEx label for 2-day shipping, just so I could have it in time to make my dish for Thanksgiving! This is amazing service and I'm genuinely grateful for their attention to my order, even though I know they are backed up for the season. Thank you, thank you, thank you! I WILL be a repeat customer!"
"Living in Atlanta, there is really no authentic Italian food. We took a flyer and bought some Italian Sausage from Frank and Sal's. OMG, our expectations were beyond met! ABSOLUTELY delicious, moist and with an amazing flavor of "hot" that was JUST RIGHT, ( we ordered the hot sausage) God bless you Frank and Sal!!!!!!! Folks, the food you buy here is amazing, the packaging and shipping box is amazing. Just make this your go to place to buy the best Italian food on the planet! Bravo Frank and Sal! You provide products that are the BEST! Ordering more now........ you cannot go wrong! Great Company!!! OK, if you have not ordered the chicken cutlets you are missing out! Amazing! As a follow up, I ordered a bunch of items to prepare for Thanksgiving and Christmas family dinners... Once again, Frank and Sal DO NOT disappoint. Just ordered the cannoli's and crème for holiday deserts. I'm sure they will be GREAT! Oh, and to be fair, they pack your food extremely secure and cold. Wish I could buy stock in this business!!!!!!!!!"
"Good sandwiches from the deli, but most times you don't get what you pay for. I've had a few Italian hoagies from here with extra meat, and the last two times, they've been tiny. Almost no meat, let alone extra. I will leave two photos for a comparison of a good and bad example of a sandwich from them."
