"Good place for electronics, but you need to find someone for help, and some people who help out are from different departments. You also got a feeling that you, as a shopper, know more than people who work at Best Buy. Otherwise, everyone is polite and willing to help. I just think that competition can swallow them up. They need to be more competitive and need to start to offer something that others don't offer."
"I went in to buy a laptop for my wife using my Best Buy Visa card but it kept getting declined despite it not having 0 balance. The people working in the store tried their best to help me out and they were simply great and very patient. But they couldn't help. They eventually asked me to call Best Buy customer service, but they couldn't help and told me I need to speak with Citi Bank directly. After speaking with them, they told me that all is clear from their end and it was Best Buy's system that's blocking the purchase. All in all, I made 6 visits to the store in a week and spoke to multiple customer service agents and the problem was not resolved. I still haven't been able to use my card to finance the laptop."
