"Had a great experience getting pierced here! I went in for two upper lobe piercings in my right ear, one of them being a hole I thought needed to be re-pierced because I assumed it had closed up after wearing no jewelry in it for 10 years. Ana was great when I explained the situation and said it probably hadn’t closed up, just needed to be stretched. She turned out to be right. She could have easily done both piercings like I asked and charged me for two (as was my experience with my left ear at another shop) but she was honest and saved me some money which I really appreciated. The shop is really clean and the other staff I interacted with were really friendly as well!"
