"Walked into the store. The guy behind the counter very rude. I asked him if he had extra sleeves for labels and very rudely say no. What kind of place has no extra sleeves. I come here often and have the sleeves. This guy needs to have matters. Even the girl he was helping he was rude to her....."

"edit: This is the rude email response I got from the manager. "Apparently, you don't have a clue how amazon returns work and consolidate Amazon packages and shipped. If you have a drop off receipt, then you can contact Amazon. Best Regards, Osama Abdalla" DO NOT GO TO THIS UPS LOCATION. I'm not necessarily blaming the employee completely in this case, but there was what seemed to be an extremely inexperienced young teen working the store alone. He had no idea how to do the job. He had to call the manager for instructions. The whole store was covered in returns to the point that there was no space to even put your items on the counter. Everything was just mixed up piled up everywhere. The receipt machine didn't even print the tracking codes correctly - couldn't read them. I'm so nervous that my items are not going to get into the returns system correctly and I'll lose both the refund money and items. I shouldn't have even dropped the stuff off here after seeing this but i didn't want to carry a bunch of heavy stuff to another store another day. edit: As expected, they misplaced 2 returns orders. 1 says delivered to Amazon. 2 say unshipped after several days."

"my packages ALWAYS MISSING OR STOLEN at least every 2 weeks. 1 in 5 of my packages are not delivered as it said in the tracking, arrive a day or two late, or get stolen because the delivery person of this location do such badjob. I lost thousands of dollars from the worst service of the delivery of this store. The carrier always left the package OUTSIDE THE BUILDING, NEVER FOLLOW DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS, and YOU CAN NEVER FILE A CLAIM. JUST DO YOUR JOB!! If I could give 0 star for this location i would"
