D-Mart Supermarket

"I went this morning to this store to buy some spices and while there I had to take a phone call. There was a guy putting up some merchandise who asked me if I needed something and I told him to give me a second because I was on the phone. He was very rude to me, he asked me to step outside of the store which I did. When I finished my phone call I went back in and asked him why he was so rude. He started yelling at me for no reason. I obviously left without buying anything. I'm planning to come back to talk to the manager because I felt really aggravated."

"Worst store. Honestly don't go there. I am sure this is not the Indian branch. I went there to buy groceries and vegetables, the shop was empty, the owner who was sweeping the floor was so rude to us, he was constantly behind us, as if we were shoplifters, the frozen vegetables kept in the freezers are all stale, we had to discard them in the bin. He probably had cold the day we went, he was sweeping the floor with a broom, without washing his hands he billed one lady, then he cleared his nose of the mucous with his jacket and billed us with the same dirty hand. Since we had arrived just the previous day here, we left the place after paying him, never to return. After coming home, we sanitized all the items we bought from this shop. If I am given a choice I will mark in negative for this store."

"I ordered today night, 3 items are missing , I have been calling them but they aren't picking up.. what's wrong with the deliveries man."

"Edit: My bad, I ordered again from here. It's been 2 days since delivery date, still haven't received delivery yet. No contact number to reach. Why do you even have delivery service? Have ordered few times. Was quite good. But, with my last order, found out that you overcharge way too much for some products. More than a 50% surcharge for purchasing online, as compared to your own store prices. I called and the associate, who acknowledged this price difference but said, that's how it is. And there's no one to whom I can talk to. Just a generic email address. Still waiting for my email's reply. I understand the price difference for in-store and online. But such a difference is absurd. You just lost a customer. Well-done !!"

"We got few frozen food items and while heating it, smelled bad. We checked expiry date only to realize it was expired. We tried calling them, they didn't pick up the phone. We threw the food in trash and kept receipts and food package as proof for them. Next day we enquired about this by visiting so that other customers won't be affected, they said this is first time it happened and they will take the stuff out. We didn't get reimbursed because they said they need food content to return to the company. However strangely they kept the food cover, I realized this after my wife came back talking to them. Now after looking at other people's review, I don't think it is first time. They are already aware of it. So beware and check expiry date."
