"I replaced the breaks with these guys in March 2023, all four rotors and pads. The salesman Anthony assured me that the the ceramic breaks they about to install will work just like the original. After few days of installation, breaks started to squeak... I was bringing back the car to adjust/replace the breaks four time this year with the same outcome each time (parts and labor warranty 12 month). I emailed MAVIS customer support twice - no response. Finally I brought the vehicle to another mechanic and replaced the breaks with the original ones, so far no problems. I brought their breaks back and asked Anthony for full refund, he to talk to his manager and call me back on Monday - no-one called. Now I have no choice but to go after their license and franchiser, invoking Mag-Moss lemon law? Well, I hope I will make it worthwhile, this is not the way to do business in Staten Island! The response from the owner is as good as their services, I called their consumer solutions yesterday twice, first time Aida placed me on hold for 15 minutes then call disconnected, second time 2 minutes and call disconnected. I am sure they have my number on file."

"SEE THE PICTURES !! This place is the worst, took our car for a wheel alignment and this happened. My husband has no car now and he uses our vehicle to work and provide for our family. My brother our family mechanic who works for the city as a mechanic told us that they either drove fhe car and banged it or it fell of the lift.The manager at this site refuses any fault on their part and was completely rude and basically told us we are screwed. Corporate said they'd call back but so far nothing. Our car is so damaged!"
