"I was passing by when out of the corner of my eye, a vibrant splash of indigo grabbed my attention. Several handsome shirts hung, dignified and accessible in the window. With eyebrows perked and curiosity idling at a fevered pitch, I entered. I was immediately greeted by a charming and knowledgeable fellow named Lucas, who provided the lay of the land. I tried on several shirts and all the while, Lucas added value by telling me the merits of the company and the rich quality of the textiles on display. In the end, I was deeply satisfied with my purchase and overall experience. Be sure to pay this shop a visit and/or check out their website to learn more about their ethically sourced/manufactured goods. I know that I, for one, will be back soon."
"Nice products! Great ethos. Service was ok, I basically had to manage the whole affair of me finding the right size but at least she was polite."
"Really nice clothes, good service. Didn’t have XL stock in for any of the items I was looking for in either Black or White, so if you want that size you’ll probably want to come in closer to a restock. Dramatically smaller stock than the SF location."
"Been a fan of IOAN across its SF, LA, and NYC stores. The quality is excellent, and the fit is amazing for those needing smaller/more slim fit sizes (try their XS and P). They just need to get their supply on track but I’d rather have harder access to their products instead of buying mass products fast fashion."
"This is a review of the website for purchases. I ordered 2 t-shirts for pre-order in early July 2021. One shirt shipped sometime in August. I did not receive any follow up or notification for the other shirt until December 6th 2021, I checked the industry of all nations website and the shirt was in stock in all sizes. I sent an email requesting a follow up on whether the shirt had shipped, I received a reply saying it was in stock and they confirmed my address. I asked if they forgot about my order and they said yes, basically. They followed up saying the shirt restocked over the weekend, and "no one was working" over the weekend to process my order. Am I the one confused as to what a pre-order is? Shouldn't someone who pre-orders an item be given priority over anyone who decides to purchase the item on the website 6 months after they paid for the item? The mission statement of this company is not up to par with their customer service. I will not be making any further purchases with this company."
