"I recently got a tattoo by Joe and unfortunately was extremely unhappy with the quality of the tattoo. Especially because it was done in memory of my brother it meant a lot to me and I felt he put minimal effort into it. The lines were uneven and the shading looked like it was drawn on with a pen.
