"Very unprofessional nail salon. Nasty place inside. The walls looks dirty and never been wiped down. The acrylic is old and your nails start lifting a day after. The whole place need to be shut down. The staff talks about people all day. Sorry place to be at when you looking to be pampered. Do not go there and waste your money."

"Very nasty workers. On December 28 I came to the salon to get a fill in and a pedicure. I got my pedicure first. By the time I get ready to get my fill in , the guy that works there I believe is the owner he was proceeding to do my fill-in and I asked him a question. I asked him is it possible if you could when doing the fill in make sure you put acrylic on the edges of my nails because every time it’s done within a day or two it’s already lifting, I believe that’s too early for my nails to be detaching from the acrylic instead of just doing what I asked since I’m paying he immediately wanted to argue and then stop doing my nails and told me to sit down over there and wait he don’t have to do my nails very nasty people. He had me waiting for a nail tech while nail tech was setting doing nothing. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE"

"This place is not friendly at all they are overpriced and there work is not even that good… they overcharged my daughter because she was a teenager and then tried to argue me down about the price… they are rude and I really want them out of my neighborhood. Yes it looks as bad in the inside as it does on the outside that should have been a sign for my daughter to walk out but she just wanted her nails done before her homecoming performance…. I will never spend another dime here"

"This is my fourth time coming to Kool Nails, and I am NOT disappointed. I have finally found a place that listens and provides satisfactory work. The nail techs are extremely creative and are talented at duplicating any pictures, and their techniques are innovative. They have jewelry and stickers as well as other adornments for nails but you can always bring your own. Mondays are best. Tina is my tech but you can always see Vivi who also awesome!"

"Ken knows what he's doing. He is a 15yr nail tech that cares about customer satisfaction and quality work. Ken is an honest professional that won't disappoint you. He knows how to do designs you don't see everywhere. If you want to stand out get your nails done here. Sunday is the best time to avoid a crowd. See you there.
