"Had my dip powder nails done by Wendy. She was so nice and had excellent skills. We accidentally mixed up one of the colors I picked and while she didn’t redo everything (understandably, and it was my fault for not noticing earlier) she was willing to fix part of it and wasn’t annoyed or upset. Everyone was very nice and I can tell these will last a long time without breaking. The prices are great too. Very busy location, clearly popular, I recommend coming during off times when it’s less busy. Definitely coming back! - Came back a second time and got my nails done by Betty, they turned out just as good! Very relaxing atmosphere. This is gonna be my regular spot ☺️"

"I am a regular client but I never bother to make an appointment because my schedule is just so inconsistent but today I walked by and there were two clients but a few other workers so I went in and I already had sns work so they began with a soak off. About 10 mins later, 3 people walk in at the same time, I overheard at least one of them say they had an appointment which happened to be with my lady and she was startled as if she forgot she had an appointment with her. That’s ok but my issue was she could have at least finished with my soak off and I would’ve waited to get a new set but she didn’t even advise or apologize for having to make me wait she just told me to move. So I waited as my nails were still soaking off but no one was acknowledging me or telling me they’ll be right with me. About 30 mins passed and I was still soaking off (my hot towel was already super cold) so I began to take off the aluminum myself and one of them saw and came to attend me but at that point I was already upset no one was telling me anything or checking on me! I love their work and have referred friends and family here but after this visit, I don’t think I’ll come back. Additionally, I went to pay because I didn’t want to be rude since they provided some type of service but their prices say a soak off is $7 which is all they did because they didn’t even bother to apply a base/top coat. The second lady who came to attend me started charging me $10 and I said nope! Your fees say $7 so the fact that they added $3 with no explanation told me I shouldn’t trust them."
