"The worst nail salon on the upper east side. For starters all the workers are extremely rude. I asked for dip powder set with French. They told me it would be $35 extra for French for a total of $85. That pricing is outrageous no place anywhere would charge that much. I honestly believe they just chose to over charge. Regardless I decided not to get it and get a normal manicure. The whole time the nail tech was slamming stuff on the table and rushing my nails. She pulled out a mini fan to dry my nails and they never fully tried, after she applied the hot towel my nails had imprints of the towel and they were so streaky. And to top it off, when I went to pay the manager at the reception desk demanded a tip!?? Ridiculous. You know your nails are bad when other people can notice how poorly they are done. If you want over priced horribly done nails this is the place!!"

"Qq nails and their staff are wonderful. I usually go one every 3-4 weeks and every time I am made to feel relaxed and welcomed. The atmosphere is low key and generally quiet. It’s a great place to escape the noise and business of the city and enjoy some pampering. That being said, the number one aspect of coming are the people who work there. Annalise, Annie, Tatiana and so many others are so great with customer service. The nails always turn out well done too. I bring my daughter as well for a treat twice a year and each time the staff remembers her name and treats her so well. It’s a memorable experience for us every time. I really appreciate everyone who works at Qq nails and highly recommend the business!"

"Honest to God, my absolute favorite nail spa and massage. Anali is amazing and I walk 3 miles just to get here. I’ll never go anywhere else. She is the best!!!!"

"I just had a terrible experience and I’ll never be coming back to this location. Kendra, the technician who was doing my nails, and her coworker treated me terribly because they thought I didn’t understand what they were saying (they were speaking Spanish). Everything I put here she said in Spanish. For starters, she called my color ugly multiple times. She commented on how dry and patchy the polish was, yet didn’t tell me in English so that I could pick another polish. I asked her not to use a drill on my natural nails and she complained that I was wasting her time. Over and over she said how badly the nails came out, the ugly color, and how much she was annoyed. All right in front of me, thinking I couldn’t hear. When she finally fixed my nails, I told her in Spanish that I understood her and she acted like she did nothing. She still fully charged me and didn’t bother apologizing. If you want to get judged, made fun of, and get nails that they *know* are below standard because of dried out polish, then this is the place for you."
