"The service they provide is great BUT when you make an appointment Rafael still makes wait up to two hours because he takes people in between appointments. Me and my sisters made three different appointments for nothing this week because we could stay the extra 2 hrs."

"Waited for an hour just for one of the ladies to take some guy she knows cause he didn't want to pay more for parking. Don't waste your money here. There's a place that's way cleaner and efficient and have manners its right across the street. It's called FANCY NAIL AND SPA. This place [BONITA NAIL]is garbage. They don't supply rhinestones bring your own and its dirty so make sure you sanitize your hands. Just becareful they don't wear masks"

"New manager is very polite and professional. Thank God they changed the other obnoxious one who thought and behaved as though he's doing customers a favor. Never planned on going back but stopped in last week and was really pleased surprised. All the girls are super nice, only wished they spoke a bit of English as the neighborhood is quickly being gentrified."
