"Dear Tourists OR locals, if you're looking for a relaxation and a rejuvenating experience, I recommend you here. I visit weekly if not biweekly for manicure/pedicure/facial/body massage and I’ve already received services from numerous staff members. From a friendly receptionist aka manager who remembers customers by name (as you become a regular once you visit) and the salon's cleanliness, nail services provided at this salon are truly exceptional. Even when I say that I’m satisfied, they will do it until they achieve excellence. The massage therapists are highly skilled and knowledgeable, catering to individual needs and preferences. I opted for a deep tissue massage, and it was a truly transformative experience. What sets this salon apart is the staff's genuine dedication to customer satisfaction. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and attentive. Michelle’s massage today was therapeutic especially for a full time dentist as myself who has pain all the time. Anna and Lilly’s manicure/pedicure was excellent. I can continue writing down names of how great they are but all staff are great and that’s why I don’t have a preference."

"Came to NY on vacation and needed to get my nails done. I walked by here and the environment looked adorable and clean. I made an appt for the next day and they did such an amazing job. Certainly pricey but Emily and Mary paid great attention to detail and were very welcoming and friendly so it was worth it. Would highly recommend!"

"We called last minute and were able to go here. The ladies that helped us were nice and it seemed good. However, it is already chipping after only one day for me (red fingers). My friend had opi color 3, do not choose this! The color is changing to a short of orange which is not nice. Also the lady cut her cuticals to far and she sharted bleeding. She said something about it but only got the response you have tick skin. This has now become infected (see photo). Overall with taxes we payed 110$ add the tip on top we would at least expect it to be the quality that does not chip after a mere day. We would never go here again."

"Park was absolutely amazing! I came to the shop in hopes that they would be able to take me in with no appointment to fix nails done by another shop that were horrendous. I do not recommend trying this as I am sure it’s a case by case thing. She was appalled by the nails I had and felt up to the challenge of fixing them explaining everything she would have to do in order to make it right. We spent 1 hour together where she was careful, thoughtful and very nice! The salon was clean, calm and stunning. I will be back next time I am in the area thank you so much!"
