"If you're going to do a "no water" manicure, PLEASE soften the cuticles for at least 5 minutes before going in. I've never had a more painful manicure, my nail is still bleeding after 30 minutes. Everyone's really nice and the place is clean, but WHY no water for my poor cuticles? I've never had someone raw dog my cuticles like this. If you don't use water, fine, at least give us something for the first 5 minutes to soften our cuticles. The girl just went in with the metal spatula, trying to push my rock hard cuticles back. of course it slipped! many times! please, don't do this again. i do not know how to stop this bleeding, can you advise????"

"I debated leaving a negative review since I want to support local businesses and have been coming to this nail salon frequently. However lately the experiences have been very hit or miss, depending on which technician you get, the quality of the manicure varies drastically. Also, after today's experience I will not be coming back anymore. While getting my nails done, I asked the staff if she could buff a flaw in one of my nail. She turned to her coworker and started talking about me in Mandarin saying how ungrateful and picky I was, while her coworker agreed, all while I am fluent in the language! It was seriously unprofessional and turned my customer experience very negative. Nail salons are a dime a dozen in midtown, I would take my business elsewhere where the staff don't insult you to your face."

"I walked in and they took me right away even though they looked relatively busy. This is the best dip manicure I’ve ever had. I wish I had gotten my tech’s name so I could request her next time. She was extremely attentive to the tiny details and really took her time to make my nails look flawless. I got a normal pedicure which was also excellent. I felt the prices were reasonable. I would definitely come back!!"

"The nail technicians at this salon are really nice and took me on short notice for a gel polish Mani + Pedi. They were not able to do a foil accent nail how I wanted, but suggested alternatives and did an elegant glitter ombre instead. They had good attention to detail and added an extra base coat for one of my toe nails that has a ridge in it to smooth it out and an extra dip gel layer for one of my finger nails that is split to strengthen it."
