"I visited this place yesterday, they are not my regular go to spa, however I remembered that I used them once a while back and had a good experience. Their Covid protocols were good. However two things put me off so much that I am not returning to this place ever. Firstly, they went up with the price for the basic mani-pedi like crazy. $40 for the most basic mani-pedi is overrated. I was shocked to say the least. Second, after paying for the services mid-manicure I tipped the lady with an extra $3 even though I felt like I was overpaying already. You should have seen how she accepted the tip. She looked at the $ with such disgust and was throwing around the bills to show how utterly disappointed she was in my cheapy tip. From then on, forget it. she did my nails as if someone was forcing her or else. The minute I sat down to dry the nails she ran off without giving the few minute massage that you always get after the manicure. I was extremally put off by this place and do not recommend anyone to go there."
