"These two ladies were absolutely horrible Very rude. I went to get my pedicure and I asked very politely to the lady doing my toes (after she hurt my toe using a machine to file nails, that is often used to remove gel) if she could please use acetone to remove the gel in my toes. She told me she will not do it because it takes to much time and she didn’t have any time. Literally she said that, so I told her ok that’s fine but I won’t be coming back. The entire process went on until I paid and was ready to leave, I said thank you and literally both ladies started screaming at me saying, I don’t care if you come back but don’t tell anyone anything. I went on to say I am allowed to leave the review that I want, mind you I wasn’t even thinking about leaving any review. Both ladies continued to scream and threatened to take pictures of me and told me to leave and not come back. It was such a horrible experience, these ladies are very disrespectful, unable to have an adult conversation. Horrible customer service. Will never be back."

"the lady started making the shape before i even said what i wanted. then i showed her a pic of coffin shaped nails and she then continued to make them square. i pointed it out and she yelled at me saying the picture i showed wasn’t coffin shape.. besides that the glitter nail polish she put on the tips are very chunky. please don’t go here. there are like 5 other nail places in kearny that are most definitely better than this."

"Went here for a Gel manicure ($20) and Pedicure ($18) last week. This place has always been a hit or miss. Never a consistent quality. My pedicure was done okay but the gel manicure is soooo freaking disappointing. My nails were shaped oddly and the gel was so done so sloppily it’s guaranteed that it probably won’t even last 1 week because it will for sure lift.. Take your money somewhere else. Also, color selection is not too great. You get what you kind of pay for. Never going back again."
