"There are two Hispanic ladies who do an amazing job very patient, but there is another lady there who I believe is Korean. She was very rude, and seemed rushed with her work. Came in to do my gel manicure, and ended up disappointed with all of it. She couldn’t even do a simple French manicure without the lines being extremely thick. As soon as I corrected her work she started talking about her 25 years of experience, and that I shouldn’t be judging her work, or comparing it to the other ladies there working besides us. As she said “They don’t have experience, that’s why they work differently!” I don’t want to be rude or anything, but I believe this wasn’t a way to handle the situation, and you could have simply fixed your work according to how I like it. JUST A REMINDER I AM THE ONE PAYING! So, I should have the right to pay for what I like, and not be disrespected, or yelled at for simply correcting something. Learn how to control your temper lady as well as your nail work! 25 years of experience! Should have mastered my French manicure. Won’t be getting my nails done with this lady, and I will stick with just the Hispanic ladies for nail work."
