"I went because I was in the area. However highly disappointed I requested a simple French manicure and the acrylic was not shaped correctly. It was very think and a bit lumpy. The polish was applied sloppily and spilled onto my fingers. Service was good she very sweet but not a good nail tech. I am not new to acrylic nails and thought this would be easy enough. Wouldn’t return again"

"Although the lady cut my hair too short, she left it looking really nice. I asked her to remove 2 in but was cut about 4. my hair looks nice but I wish she would have listen more to the length I wanted. but overall good haircut. Also got a pedicure here and it looks great. Due to covid the have barriers to protect the workers and customers from side to side. Good place."

"Went last week (Saturday) for a full set and a pedicure before my vacation. I arrived two hours before they closed and I had called beforehand to make sure I could come in. My acrylic set was not good. Nails were thick and weren’t shaved down properly underneath. I had to come home and reshape them myself because the curvedness of the nail made it impossible to pick up or hold anything. The acrylic also was shaped poorly around my cuticles and you could see the space between my nail and the acrylic. The polish was poor as well. It started chipping within three days and was sloppy, spilling over onto my skin. I had to clean that up that when i got home as well. On the fifth day, one of my nails fell off. I wasn’t doing anything unusual to cause it to lift. Three more nails fell off by time I got home on Friday - not even a week after I got my nails done. I feel as though my service was rushed, even though I called beforehand and was told it was okay. However, my gel pedicure was done well and is lasting strong. I moved to the area recently and thought I could trust this spa due to the good reviews, but I won’t be returning."

"Very clean and friendly environment. Prices are great not sure why the negative response below. Most places charge you extra for the callus removal for your feet, this place doesn't. They use NEW pedicure tools/buffers, filers on each client. Pedicure chairs are cleaned after each use. My only recommendation is, make an appoint well in advance. Want great service? Make an appointment!"

"It was good until last Friday. I am a customer for over a year. Fanny did my daughter's nails and unfortunately I had a bad experience. They charged me $55 for my 11 year old daughter's pedicure and manicure. The nails started falling the next day. As per today, all my daughter's nails fell off and it has only been 4 days. I had good experience with the other ladies, but I am still disappointed."
