"This place is TERRIBLE. I got a mani pedi and both got infected. My entire finger is swollen and has to get drained because of this.The side of my toe is green and oozing from them digging on the side of my nail. If I could give them 0 stars I would. On top of all of that the staff isn’t friendly they just stare and give nasty looks the entire time and don’t say a word. I never write reviews but this place deserved one. For your best interest don’t go here even if the price is decent."

"Decent service, poor customers service. Although the regular nail polish does not last, the way they do the pedicure is good. HOWEVER they look at u like u are an alien. Not a friendly Staff at all"

"For starters, I just left this place. Horrible customer service. Lady did my nails gel manicure $30. I gave her my card, 1. She didn’t ask me if it was debit or credit so she ran my card twice and it did not go through. THEN she asks me if it’s a credit or debit. I tell her debit and that I have money in my card about $50 (I didn’t give the exact amount since it’s not their business) I had over $70 in my account if I’m being honest. So she asks for my pin and it doesn’t go through. I found it weird so she informed me that if I do it again it will be “canceled” like any other human being, hearing canceled just means your card won’t go through NOT that it will get charged. So it finally went through just for me to find out that they took out $32 The TWO times I put in my pin. She knew this would happen and all she told me was it would just get canceled. Not that I may or may not get charged. I recorded the situation since it was just so unprofessional. She knew this would happen as she told me it happened to her after the 3RD time running her card. She ran my card 4 TIMES! Why couldn’t you tell me after the 3rd time that I WILL get charged same way YOU got charged?? Does not make any sense why you wouldn’t tell that to your paying customer. The whole time we’re having this discussion, she never once apologized, she was in the wrong from the start by not even asking me what card I got (debit or credit). Never will be returning and if they have a speaking issue, I recommend hiring someone who knows how to communicate professionally with their clients."

"My girlfriend and I had a great experience. Very kind staff and the manicures are very artistically done. It's been over a week, and those manicures still look like they were done today."
