"This business is also owned by The Shoe Buckle owners, which have competing return policies. I was sold Pine Valley Orthotic insoles which offers a refund for unused returns, though they were bought through The Shoe Buckle, who refused a return for their own product (unused and within a 16 hour turnaround). Neither business would respond to my appeal to honor their product's refund policy. Caveat Emptor!"
