"I’m visiting New York for a bit, and I needed to find a barber while I am in town. If you have an unconventional haircut and are particular about how it’s done like I am, this might not be the barbershop for you. I had some stray hairs that weren’t trimmed up the way they should have been, and it made my hair look a bit sloppy. Also, I don’t think I was able to communicate how I style my hair well enough to the barber. I comb my hair down to the side, but the barber ended up cutting it as though I should style the hair straight up. If you can speak Spanish fluently, you may have better luck. Or if you aren’t as picky about your hair as I am, you might be fine. The barbers were friendly and all, but this just wasn’t the barbershop for me."
