Today, he had three barbers, so the waiting times weren't long at all. I recommend calling ahead to determine the best time to come, depending on the current staffing, day, and time, which could also be a factor."

"A VERY good haircut for the price. I ordinarily get my hair cut at high-end salons in South Florida for about $50 + tip. As a pilot who’d been flying for the last 12 days, I was starting to look pretty ragged. I called some of the “salons” local to the area (Williamsburg) and was floored by their prices. $90-$95 for a men’s hair cut. Even in NYC that’s ridiculous. So, I was very cautious about getting my hair cut for only $25 here at Model Barbers. An inexpensive hair cut is usually the first sign of trouble. When I walked in, however, I showed my barber Alec, a photo of a celebrity who has the cut and style I wear. I gave him explicit direction on the different quirks of my hair and shape of my head. He listened closely and followed my list of do’s and dont’s to the T. In the end, he did a great, dry-cut and kept me looking exactly like what I wanted. I look refresh. I don’t look like a barbershop “Lego-man”. I look like me, with mature style and sophistication. Highly recommend for a pilot needing a haircut in a pinch. Alec is a great barber."

"I was there quite a few times it was amazing but I just want again I don't know if it's a new guy or he wos just not in a good mood (not the 2 old guy's they ar really good) but he was very not friendly I tried telling him what I needed but he told me that he knews I should leave it to him in he Messed it up!! Not going back again If you go there make sure to go the 2 old guy's don't be shy to to ask to go only to them"
