"I bought what I thought were wonderful shoes for my husband who has dementia and Alzheimer’s. I bought through Amazon. They were pricey - $75. 3+ months he wore them. Then I find that the Velcro came off the shoe side. This rendered them totally useless! Shoddy workmanship. I asked for a replacement. I was denied within minutes! He’d had them too long. Well, duh! Anyway, suffice it to say that I won’t buy from Gabriel again. A good seller would stand behind what they sell."

"Bought shoes from them via Amazon. Terrible experience! The boots were not as advertised. I returned as unused, all tags still on boots - should have received a full refund, including shipping (as per their advertised 'Guarantee'). They did not refund the shipping. Will never buy from this vendor again, ever!!"
"I ordered a pair of Wolky boots in good faith. They did not work out for me. I requested a return on Amazon where I purchased them. I understood that I would pay $5.00 and some change to return them. The boots and boxes were clean and in good condition when I gave them to UPS, A week later I find out that 20% was being taken out of my refund ($60.00). Unbelievable! 60 dollars to try on a pair of shoes!! Do not order online from this company! In decades of online shopping, this is a first bad and very costly lesson to learn."
