"I’ve been to this dentist for two years now. The dentist who did my root canal was amazing unfortunately for me to even get it done I had to wait 4 hours, even with appointments. This is consistent at this point. I had mad an appointment for an annual cleaning and still with an appointment I’m waiting more than an hour, had to reschedule more than twice. They keep overbooking and expecting people to wait. Please don’t put people for certain times and you have numerous people ahead. The times rolls over to others intended appointment. Too many times I had to reschedule, completely ridiculous! I’m never going back ."

"They had me here for 4 hours. Never was seen. I had other things to do with my time. Just another hole in the wall spot in the Bronx. Atmosphere is just small and busy full of other side gigs bunched into one small spot. Incredibly disappointing experience. I truly tried to have patience. I left respectfully."
