"Extremely rude lady at the front desk by the name of Michelle. She raises her voice when talking to people, talks down to the patients trying to make appointments, gives misleading information about treatment and is extremely condescending and rude on the phone or in person. She talks over you and blames the patient for the mismanagement and lack of communication of the front desk staff. The dentist seems to be good but he also has as little interaction with patients and explaining treatment as possible. Defers everything to Michelle, the extremely rude office manager that has been treating his patients this way for years. Absolutely unacceptable, I will be taking my business elsewhere."
