"Let me tell you about this office 15 years ago. You walked in and u were greeted with beautiful friendly smiles. There was a young very friendly accommodating dentist. We loved him. After extractions his front desk would call to make sure we were doing well and if there was any questions we may have. I'm telling u white glove service. Let's time travel to today rude staff, cancels appointments without any regards to patients or circumstances. There is no other options besides implants. No more phone calls to check on you. I guess in 15 yrs this office has made a come up financially not professionally. It's ashame on a personal note I really like the doctor. His staff and ethics needs to be reevaluated."
