"Every time I bring my child here, we are waiting to be seen for over an hour. Plus you get charge $75 dollars for nitruos even if you have insurance. Dr Michel knows that if your insurance is throght the state she cannot and should not charge you anything causw you have an agreetment with MEDICAID. she will tell you to change your dental plan to UNITED HEALTH CARE COMMUNITY PLAN if you wanna get ortho cause Fidelis and MVP will not covered. The young receptionist have no idea of what she is doing our saying but she loves to flirt.. i will report this place for charging people and for asking patients to change the insurance......So are you telling me that anyone who gives you a bad review is a fake account just to hurt your business please? Just accept your mistakes. DON'T WORRY DR. MICHEL I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS PLACE. YOU CAN REPORT MY REVIEW AS MANY TIMES AS YOU WANT, BUT I WILL NOT TAKE IT DOWN . This is not a hate review, just telling you the truth. train your front desk staff better.. flirting is not acceptible.."
