"Ever since the African American guy was hired, the place is never opened at the time it states online. Myself and other people have been waiting over half an hour and the place still isn’t open. I have seen the worker coming in and out the parking lot, but yet it’s still not open. Mind you this isn’t the first time, every time I come here it’s the same thing. One time when the place was “open” I was left in the store with no lights on while the worker is in the back doing his own thing. Very distasteful & a waste of time. Wont be coming back to this location."
"Arrived unknowingly just before closing. We picked out a few pairs of shoes and the staff was right on it. A few ppl left and my son was still trying on shoes. It was ten minutes or more after closing and I realized a guy was sweeping as we were still being helped. I apologized as I had not realized the store closed. They were super friendly and we checked out after he got us a size smaller. Not rushed. Kudos to the crew working late and great job with customer service. My son doesn’t get new shoes often and it was special for him and you kept it special. Thanks."
"So here I am, a man whose recent divorce has left him in a world of shock, and disarray. My ex Denishia took it all: the kids, my dough, my dignity, and all I had left was the $70 my aunt Lisa gave me for my birthday. I decided to move forward with my life and order a new pair of the Adidas NMD’s through foot locker and upon arrival, it was found out that they were used more than my ex-wife. I had to return it and no longer trust the government. If I had a working phone plan I would call and complain."
"One week ago my boyfriend purchased sneakers and received his 10 percent military discount. Today he purchased another pair of sneakers and was refused his discount by the clerk. She was inconsiderate as well. This is a disabled vet and she treated us like DIRT. I only wish i had gotten her name so i could report her"
"The most disgraceful moment in my life.i when there to buy a pair of sneakers for my 7year old son.the staff was slow but eager to help you.i had no problem with that .after being there for about 15 minutes.my son need it to use the bathroom to urinate. I ask the female manager if they could please let him use the bathroom. She told me that the back area was a mess.,(I quest that's were the bathroom was,) I told her that it was not for me.she could escort him.i will be outside the door. Little did she know why I was basically begging. After I got no answer.i took my 7 year old son .outside in the rain,so he could release himself between my car and another car . I came inside to thank the person that was helping us choose our sneakers.the sneakers that we were going to buy before this happened,so he could put them away.my son was so happy ,we had them line up on top of the bench so he can slowly choose which one he want it. The moral of this story is that we dont have to wear a handicapped sign on our necks for people to help us. kindness should be already integrated as part of being a manager... my son has kidneys failure...thought he doesnt know that.... Sadly I taught my son his first lesson in real life. If people have no simple kindness with you when you need help , you were never welcome from the beginning to that place . simply said thank you and walk away to another place were they can treat you like a human being...the shoes we left behind ( but the bad experience I had I will never forget.) My son first lesson about real life."
