"I wrote a 5 star review a few months ago when I rented a suit for a wedding. I returned this month for a tuxedo for another wedding. I initially went to the Livingston location but I was so disappointed that I returned to the Union Store and did not regret it! My sales associate Brian was on point. He was super professional, helpful and actually knew what he was talking about and doing. What further impressed me was as I complained about the lack of professionalism at the other store, he never once bad mouthed or said ANYTHING negative about the other employees. I felt like the staff at the Livingston location were trying but just seemed to fall short on a few different levels. The young man who was helping me did NOT instill confidence that he actually knew what he was talking about and that made me nervous. I didn't need last minute surprises while preparing to go to a West Coast Wedding. All in all though, my experience at the Union location is always good and I will not only return there but refer others there as well."
