"12/28/22 Wednesday @ 3:30pm I went to the footlocker on route 22 west & Springfield rd, union, NJ location. The employees was terrible they were all gather around in a huddle conversating about what they did for Xmas instead of helping customers. As I finished doing my shopping I went to the register to pay for my items I had to call for one of them to ring me up. The young lady that help me ask me did anyone help me? I said no because you all was in a deep conversation even the supervisor. When she rung my items up it came out to $258.00 she ask me could she have my email address and I told her I don’t like to gave that out and she stated that’s the only way she can ring me up or her supervisor would have to override it. I said ok have your supervisor to come override it. She went to talk to the supervisor and he stated that he could not override me and I have to provide a email address and I was paying with cash. He could have took his time out of the conversation with the other employees to override my items. That was so very unprofessional of him and lost a customer at that location. I then went to the footlocker Irvington,NJ wonderful customer service I purchased the same items with no problem and did not have to provide a email address."

"BEST experience !!!!! . Markel went above and beyond and was extremely helpful. He was also super patient with us as we had a hard time making our final decision on which pair we were going to purchase. We also showed up alittle before they were closing and he did not rush us at all. All the associates were super friendly and polite. Would highly recommend this location."
