"Very poor customer service. Sad because it is a tourist area and workers are representing New Yorkers. Came to make a return, and the worker was unfamiliar with return holidays policy. I asked to see a manager who was even worse than the cashier. She advised me to return merchandise in another store and said if I will not buy anything in the store then “it is fine”. Dear Mrs. Manager (short white girl, she didn’t introduce herself) just a reminder for you, it is not your company and not your store. I hope your supervisor will read my review and provide you with proper customer service training. Happy Holidays!!!"
